About the Founder
After moving to Colorado in 1993 from Buffalo, NY, Skip completed his B.A. in Environmental Science and Business Administration at the University of Denver. He began transacting and managing commercial and residential real estate throughout the Vail/Eagle River Valley beginning in 1998. In addition to real estate, Skip has more than 15 years in technology, specifically software (property management systems) designed to operate independent resorts, hotels and vacation rental management companies. This background has proven to be helpful in successfully renting and managing properties locally. Over the years Skip has built a strong knowledge of Eagle & Summit County’s commercial and residential income properties. When possible and beneficial for his clients, Skip will leverage technology to deliver results in closing the competitive sale.
